Like our Air Travel service offering, providing ground transportation to our clients is typically integrated into a larger meeting or conference management program. However, we are able to offer ground transportation to and from airports and rail stations when necessary. Should your program require either of these, Voilà! will design the most effective ground transfer methods, manage arrival/departure manifests, arrange gate greeters, manage skycap services, and more. We can also accommodate VIP transportation services if appropriate to your specific needs.
